THE ANGER MANAGMENT CLASS
This anger management course is preventive, and provides students with tools and strategies to keep their anger from escalating a conflict. The Class is four weeks long, and consists of four two-hour lectures to watch at home, followed by two 2 hour Sunday discussion groups with Dr. Faye hosted through ZOOM. Anger Management is often ordered when a judge doesn’t think behavioral criminal or dangerous, but might escalate to be so.
If an anger management course is court ordered, the judge thinks you can correct your course with a basic class in how to have a mature disagreement. We're here to help you with that growth. We were once surprised by how many self-referred clients sought to come to Anger Management when they weren’t court-ordered. Now, we just recognize these volunteers as people who have seen the light and seek to improve their relationship skills.
